Re: I want to make the most of time at work

It's good that you have time for exercising and you are confident in yourself! You should also give your body time to rest. You need enough sleep and a balanced diet to recover. Don't forget about vitamins in this difficult period. You say that you are very sleepy, look at the quality of sleep, not ...

Re: Green Smoothies

I hardly manage to love smoothies, although many say that it's a healthy breakfast. I don't usually have much time in the morning, so it's an ideal option. Unfortunately, so far I can't overcome myself. I have an old Scarlett blender. It's better to revise the video reviews because some are not suit...

Re: What is good fat and bad fat?

diet has nuts for a snack and an avocado (which I fell in love with not so long ago) for breakfast. I can't clean food but I am working on it. Thank you for your list, I will add some product to diet!

Re: Food For Kids

It seems that it's still a hot topic. Since the children first tried the chips, I can barely k=make them not to eat it before going to bed. We have ruled out almost everything fried and fast-food, but at school, they are served hamburgers and fried potatoes.

Re: Protein shakes

As I understand it, many have this problem. Protein is better to eat with food, without additives, but if there is not enough time, it's a good supplement. I can recommend you to read this one https://gym-expert.com/best-protein-powder/ I have been using supplements for many years, but it's individu...

Re: Pre-workout supplement or drink

It depends on what exercise you do. Also, you may have contraindications to the components, such as caffeine. Not recommended without consulting a doctor.

Re: New to the site !!! Need help Plz!!!

"I burn over 3000 calories a day" how the hell you do it? Running is a good one, but don't forget to eat enough and healthy! If you want to gain muscle mass, you should pay attention, not to cardio, but to strength exercises. You also need not a calorie deficiency, but a set.

Re: Diet Confusion

Your diet must be balanced, otherwise, you will only hurt your body. You can train at least 5 days a week, but it will have no point without proper nutrition. I recommend consulting a nutritionist, or look for proven resources with information.

Re: Keto Diet?

The Keto diet is good for those who want to cleanse their diet. It's not suitable for me personally, I am just counting calories. In any diet, you should remember that the diet must be balanced. I also like that Keto excludes sugar, it's the hardest one for me.

Re: Slow exercises

When I first started training, I also did everything slowly. The coach says it's to feel the muscles better and not to get hurt. The body is not ready to work out, so this option is suitable for beginners. Besides, slow exercises are really harder to do, even if you do a lot of exercises. I still us...

Re: Is swimming a good exercise?

I used to swim at school, but because of injury, it was difficult to continue. Now it's not difficult to swim 25 meters. When I needed to lose weight I was advised to swim, and really, I lost weight very quickly, and body became tightened. In addition, it's a great way to relax after a working day.

Re: yoga exercise helpful for everyone

I've read a lot about yoga, even tried to watch videos on Youtube, but it seems so complex and confusing. In addition, body is just not ready for some exercises. I will look through what you have proposed. But, perhaps, for a beginner, it will be difficult.
