Hi Bad Geskets, good to talk to you.
Ketlebells would be a very good option, because you can have several ways to get a workout from them, such as squats, kettlebell swings, bicep curls, side lateral raises etc.

Re: Similar videos: 20 minutes with small dumbells
I wasn't a position to help you regarding the videos as I am not that familiar with different online training videos and the people who post them, but this is a workout I have posted before for other people that might help you. As for the training, this should work for you Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps Lu...

Re: How do I lose more /do I need to?
I remember the hoo-ha about apple cider vinegar and pear cider vinegar over 10 years ago and frankly some said the taste wasn't great and many of the purported benefits of the products, were to observations exaggerated or probably hooey. I can understand a non-multivitamin product having potential v...

Just for your information, there is a topic in all the sections about survey posting that you mustn't have read. In future a a little courtesy about this sort of thing would be appreciated :). Having reviewed what the survey is / does, I am satisfied there will be no monetising aspect now or in the ...

Re: Weight Loss Help
You are losing some weight then, so I would persist with what you're doing for now and see how that pans out over the next 4-6 weeks.

Re: Weight Loss Help
Looks to me like you have somehow gained muscle, because your weight has gone up a little bit, but the waist measurement has gone down so logically you must be gettting slimmer, if the waist mesurement has gone down.

This kind of system might work for you. It's something I've posted before. Breakfast Option 1. Bowl of Whole-grain Cereal and scrambled Eggs, (2 Egg Whites + Yolk) Option 2. Protein shake, small portion of Nuts, (excluding higher carb ones like Cashews, Chestnuts and Grapenuts). Snack Option 1. Port...

Re: body workout and running program
Hi Yppah, good to talk to you. Personally that doesn't look too bad. One main thing is not to go too heavy on volume when you're executing those workouts. Otherwise you could go stale as they say and need 4-7 days rest when you're lifts go backwards; as some people can overtrain by pusing themselves...

Re: How do I lose more /do I need to?
Eating more than you burn off though isn't always a bad thing, because as you say added muscle can help to burn fat at around 45-50 extra calories for around every 1lb of added muscle; therefore the person would still need the right calories to gain the muscle and if the person was eating around 2,2...

Re: Compact Treadmills
Hi there Cpalmer, good to talk to you. Well one thing I would suggest is ease yourself in with some steady state for about a month, but then switch to something like interval training, because steady state has been known to lose efficacy for some people, when done repetatively 4-6 days a week, as th...

Re: NEWBIE HERE: Getting lightheaded lately...?
You are quite likely to start losing weight, but don't be too surprised if you gain a little for the first week or two, as your body will be adjusting to something a bit different. Reality is though you'll be most likely to lose weight from the getgo.
