Re: 57 and waaay out of shape. Need advise.
I would not reccomend it for a basic setup, but I also would not say it is not a good investment. Put it this way, I do not see it as a vital investment, but if you want to buy one you would not be wasting your money.

Hi Jack, nice to speak to you. Exercises that are good ones to start with, are compound exercises like Bench Press and Deadlifts. Deadlifs will have a secondary stimulation on the core I:E: abs and obliques, but deadlifts are very good for training the quadratus lumborum, a large muscle area at the ...

Re: Lifting in order do Farmers Walk
You can add farmers walk to the routine, but I am not sure why you believe the weight used should be higher than deadlift weight. If someone could deadlift 200kg's, (440lb's) for example, it would not necessarily be the case that they could or should be doing farmers walk with a greater level of wei...

Hi BG, good to speak to you. Firstly the word would have been censored, because of previous posts containing content that was illegal and such censoring was done to prevent repeat behaviour(s). As for what you originally posted, what you could do is alter the ratios of your macros, so that you could...

Re: Looking to loose a lot of weight
Hi Mark, good to speak to you. Firstly, I would say go for Cardio and Weights first, rather than one initially and the other added in later on. That would noly be a reasonable strategy for people struggling to juggle 3 balls at once by trying to remain consistent with cardio, weights and diet and at...

Excess cholesterol is a problem however, but cholesterol is vital for survival, so if it's too low, that can also cause problems.

Re: Has anyone tried Zotrim?
When I used the word pills I wasn't meaning prescribed drugs, but I could have been a bit more descriptive. I meant something equivalent to a fat loss pill that had the opposite effect and could cause weight gain. No such products exist because logically there would be no market for them. mistake fo...

Re: Has anyone tried Zotrim?
Any product like that is a scam and best avoided. The results are little to nigh on uesless, they're a waste of money and often tested with substandard methods for example XLS medical was tested on people of normal BMI. Why would you tes weight loss drugs on thin people and what sort of thin people ...

Hi DrBong, nice to speak to you. Drinking alcohol to bulk up is a bad idea, there's no need to do it. If you need more protein you could if you're doing it already, use a protein powder after workouts and avoid the expensive ones with loads of ingredients, just stick to the simple ones with 4-6 ingr...

Hi Monatiwari, good to speak with you. Firstly I want you to feel proud of coming here and talking about this. You obviously have said you did not want to talk to people you live with about this and I totally respect that, but talking about it at all is still an important and brave step that you can...

"People invited to a buffet lunch who took Zotrim ate 112 fewer calories on average, less high fat foods and stopped eating 3 minutes earlier than those who didn’t take Zotrim." it doesn't say how many calories the people did eat or what they were eating. "After taking a placebo, peo...
