i realize it doesnt stunt your growth, but try telling that to your parents who have been fed that crap for 40 years!!!.... i had to go through tons of arguments just so they would let me workout....

and would you consider about 6-7 hours a day enough for proper gh releases?

i look for different workout routines.... and ones i can do with limited equipment... most of the workouts i found online expect you to have tons of different machines/equipment and i end up switching the exercises and doing a completely different routine... p.s.- it would probably help some people ...

looking to get back into working out....

just a little background info: i started working out when i was around 13 and was in pretty good shape ( i even posted a lot on thsi forum) so after working out for about a year to 1 1/2 i was about 5' 10" and about 150lbs with almost no fat... then i started to miss workouts because of friends...

bossman if that can give you chest pain, can football equipment thats too tight also hurt? it constricted breathing and hurt a little and i had to quit football cause it felt like i almost broke a rib and for a good 2 months i couldnt jump or anything that involved getting a shock through the body.....

don't know if you realized this but i'm a boy... lol, i was thinking about posting this under teenagers and not diet for that reason... when i said training for a year1/2 2 i meant weightlifting/cardio....

i also hjave an ab lounge, also saw some great results but i think they were mostly due to the loss of bf during that time... the problem with it is that once you can do the hardest variation its basically useless...
