Preparing

Hi there, I want to prepare well for this year's Cross Country next week since last year was a disaster. And yes, I am a natural non-runner. I like to go for jogs before sunset or early morning but I never seem to be in the right condition every time I go. In early morning, I get light headed and de...

Yeah, most times, I do. But I've actually analyzed the way I breathe normally and it's very irregular. I keep taking EXTRMELY short breaths where you can't even feel the air move and then I become short of breath and take one really deep breath. Then the cycle goes on... I measured heart rate and br...

Breathing

Hey, it's me again. This is last year in high school.. which means I only have one chance left at the Cross Country. For the past years, I have embarrassed myself at any sporting activities. Last year, I came 76th in the Cross Country because I became too dehydrated, too sore and too generally exhau...

Could be the extra activity you started doing burning more Calories. Your Metabolism would have gotten used to the amount of Calories you ate, but when you started working out, you burn Calores and then you readjust it to need less, because it's not processing the Calories you burn. That is probabl...

Thanks again.

Not used to it?

Hey, I've been trying to get fit for the upcoming cross country at school so I've been trying to take time out to go for jogs around neighbourhood in some mornings for about 20 minutes. I thought it would help because I sweat a lot when I out there and I come back pretty toned. But about 2 hours lat...

Scars

Hey, I got the chicken pox in 2003 and I have several scars around body... some seem like little brown lumps sticking out of the skin, it's not very attractive, I think, lol. What can I do about them?

So hungry.

Hey, I've been trying to eat heaps as it helps to grow. I used to eat a fairly large amount when I didn't really feel like it (this was before I became concerned about appearance). But lately I've been losing appetite all the time even though I get really hungry. In fact, I'm hungry right now but I ...

Yeah, you're probably right about the 5mm of growth. And with the reps, what workouts are you recommending with that? I don't have much equipment... I have 2x 2.5kg weights, 2x 5kg weights, two dumbbells and an exercise ball. I've also decided to take up running or going for jogs in the early mornin...

dad take it as well, and at age 52, he is growing again! I'm kinda jealous, lol. Yeah, I didn't believe that cancer comment either... I don't know. To me, it seems like it has a few benefits but they over exagerrate the product's effects. I only wanted something to make me get taller anyway, I didn...
