i'm a personal trainer by trade and it's the same there sometimes...they come to you to get them in shape and then thet try and tell u how it's meant to be done i.e. high reps for fat loss, endless hrs of cardio, bullshit like that right , this is why some probodybuilders dont help people too much ...
