Can plyometrics improve pushups?
progress with pushups has been slow, but I was wondering if doing plyometric pushups would help improve regular pushups. I was thinking of doing plyometric pushups like so: Lowering myself and holding myself from the pushup position and exploding and pushing myself into the air.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Is traditional cardio better or HIIT for weight loss...
When I go on the elliptical for 30 minutes, I sweat a lot. When I do HIIT, I don't sweat as much. Right now, I'm sprinting for 30 seconds 6 times with 2 minute breaks. Judging by the amount of sweat, which is more effective?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: fat arms?
I want to eliminate tha fats in arms but I don't want to have too much muscle in it. I just wanna make it thin. What exercise should I do? Aerobic exercise will burn fat over the entire body. You CANNOT spot reduce. To tone the muscles, lift less weight with more reps which promotes muscle enduranc...

A question about cardio and muscle mass.
Long duration cardio makes you decrease in muscle mass, right? But which muscles? If you went on a bike for a really long time, would you lose muscle mass from all around your body, or just the muscles you used?

Yes, there's long duration, low intensity cardio; that is the kind of cardio that does not do much for you and you lose muscle mass. Try High Intensity Interval Training. You can increase your endurance, keep muscle mass and do it in less time (around 20 minutes -- max!). If you do High Intensity In...

If you go to a gym, you can ask them to calculate your body fat percentage.
You could also go to the internet and look up ways to calculate body fat percentage.
Here's one site: http://www.he.net/~zone/prothd2.html.
