Do sculpting creams really work? I heard of one called vyotech ab solution and i really want to try it out, I am just wondering if any one has ever tried it before to tell me what i should expect from it. or any cream like that.

Thanks for all the help guys. i am eating more and lifting weights 4 days a week still dancing and i do see more muscles now, i have gained about 3lbs so far and i'm very happy. thanks for all of your support. and by the way bf% is at 20 still. i wont make it lower.
