I dont know about never plateauing if you use progressive overload. in wot sense do you mean, if you mean by doing the same rep range each week then you defo will plateau after 4 wk or so. Why are rest pause ok yet they fatigue the muscle (Which style of rest pause do you mean). thinking about usin ...

Right, if you have been doin 100kg weight for 4 weeks on the trot, thats a plateau. To overcome that plateau, forced reps are one way. Cheating reps are another. Floor press are another. Tour not gettin wot Im sayin, to prevent or break plateaus, these techniques are useful. Forced reps etc increase...

How has work output decreased??? Thats crazy. After you reach positive failure, you can still perforn negative and static reps, so how in da hell is performing a froced rep decreasing workoutput. If anything, its maximising the full ability for all your muscle fibres to contract on one set. Overtrai...

Pullovers do help to expand the chest and ribcage. Clean eating and lowering carbs and fat help remove fat, giving you that cut look, however, exercises like the dips stretch the chest in such a way to work the fibres that stand out when cut. One forced rep is not gonna drain the body of all your en...

very true about the drus. People trash talk drugs, but sure without them these physiques would not be possible. The emphasis seems to be more on mass now than symmetry. Are even the drug free bodybuilders really drug free? Think Ronnie may have had a powerlifting background, but then again, variety ...

Excessive?
If I am doin a split routine, chest would have a day on its own, or supersetted with back, or bi's or tri's can be done on the same day. If priority was chest, I would have one day for chest. I included a good variety of exercises for full chest development. Bench for mass, Inclines for upper pecs, ...

I think its the intensity achieved durin max-ot that is so bebeficial. I kinda agree about the rep range, in the sense that different muscles respond differently to different ranges, but I have to say its really working for me. I get what max-ot is sayin that higher rep ranges just exhaust the muscl...

Chest?!?
In opininn, everybody can get not only the chest, but the body they desire. It just takes some people longer than others. That is, genetics do not prevent you from reaching your goals, they just slow you down. The number one chest exercise is the dips. Done either on parallel bars or gymnastic rings...

MAX-OT
What are your thoughts on max-ot training. Personally, I think its fantastic. I used to do the regular high volume training that is reccommended in muscle mags, but I would always plateau,. which may go some way as explaining why its so goo so far.i.e I would be exhausted before a session has ended....

Its the upper back, below scapula. The physio told me to do this exercise where I hold a dumbell in left arm, elbow bent at 90 degrees, and in the hammer curl position, with the barbell in fromnt of body. Keeping this position, I rotate laterall untill the barbell is at the side of body. Its good fo...

I see. That sounds pretty right. I have another wee problem that I've just stumbled across recently. When gettin back massaged, I was told that right hand side of back was a lot stronger than left. This wud be explained by that I had a trapped nerve in left scapula, meaning I couldnt use it for a wh...

What do you mean by doing deads properly exxactly. The deadlifts are to back thickening, the goodmormings are to strengthen lower back, and stabilisir muscles. Remember, I doing the deadlifts in a 6 rep range, which is at the boarderline of strength and conditioning training. This inproves back thick...
