swanso- oatmeal isnt fast absorbing is it..probably 15g out of 50..

how about rice cakes and baked potato?THEY ARE ALL COMPLEX RIGHT?

SWANSO- WHY COMPLEX CARBS IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRAINNING and NOT WAXYMAIZE type carbs that are complex but get rapidly absorbed faster to keep the gains?..
how about whey isolate right after training?..

THIS MEAN PLAN ABOVE WAS WEIGHT GAINING DIET!...thats why it had alot of carbs

breakfast..(meal 1).. Protein shake High fiber Oatmeal Orange Juice 2 glasses of water Mega Man Sport multi vitamin Flax seed oil (1tbsp) Meal 2 Protein Shake Apple meal 3 chicken breast (i think 8oz) i dont measure! hehe Full plate of rice pre workout meal 4 (2 hours before working out) Baked Patat...

Swanso, thats the problem mate!!!...i dont know what i ate to gain the fat i guess i just got bigger and when i gained mass i put on some bulk there too! now im just trying to get rid of it and stay in the weight ranger of 138-142...

ok so the bulking phase is done.. 5'4 145lbs.. oh and. I dont cripple myself, I ALWAYS GO HEAVIER EVERY WORKOUT, And i always have a spotter.. Always perfect repetitions!.. Ive been deadlifting for yrs and thank god, i have not once got any back injuries!..I dont wanna jinx myself! lol

Well first of all You dont do Deadlifts every day..you gotta give it atleast..(KEYWORD: ATLEAST)..48 hours of recovery,,But since back is a primary muscle, sometimes u might need more then 48 hours for recovery!...thats the short version!... Now to Answer bonnies question. i can do 215lbs 10 times e...
