is it possible to over load?
For instance, If I come directly home and Have a slab of Steak, a side of veggies, and a potato with a Protien shake to chase it with... is that Too much???

Hmmm... Ok.. well let me ask a really stupid question. What does creatine do for you? I thought Creatine was what gave me those few extra reps with a few extra pounds of weight. Is this correct? Also, why is it so important to drop Creatine before bed? Sorry if I duzn't sound so bright right now. :w...

Ok. I'm gonna cut to the regiment you gave. I'll keep the same reps as you said. I guess this explains a little as to why I don't have as straight of a posture as I'd like. hmmm... Can you tell me which excersizes work the gastrocs (back of calves) / tibialis (front of calves / shins)? thanks again ...

Ok. I'm gonna try and work these out. But, I'm not with all the terminology just yet. I mean, I work out pretty often but uh... yeah... I'm still a bit in the lamen terminology. =0) But I'll look em up here at Shapefit and just run with it. I think it's about time I change up routine. So thanks again!

So you're saying Funk the treadmill and go full force sprints.
Should I sprint every day? How many should I do? Since you're saying intensity, I'm guessing sprint about 60 yards starting. maybe 8x's and increase every week?

As far as lifting, just full force all I got?

I'm just looking for a routine that's gonna Tone me up AND help me bulk just a little. Is this possible? Or do I have to compromise? Right now I work out about 4 days a week. Each day I will do one of the following
Biceps & Shoulders
Chest
Back
Legs

Every day I work gut.

Ok. I'm not fat, but I'm also not as Cut and toned as I'd like. I know I need to run. I've started running basically 1.5 to 2 miles every other day. I lift almost every day, but I don't hit max. I hit medium weights at about 10 reps per Set. diet is decent, but I work for a food broker and sometimes...
