Thank you for the input. I'm sure this is a redundant question that you get all of the time, but which is better for weight training 3 days a week or 4? Thanks again.

To add to the diet section i think I normally average around 1400 to 1600 calories a day.

I am having a hard time loosing any weight was hoping for a little advise. Thanks for your reply. I have just switched to a much healthier diet (I was a snacker, so I have cut that out completely) Agian, I also just got back into a fitness routine so I have only been consistent with it for the past two weeks. I have already lost 2 pounds. Thanks for your input.
