If you dont happen to find one offline, any sporting goods store should have pullup.chinup bars for about 25$ (I bought mine last week from dick's sportng goods). I dont have a problem with pullups in door frame. Of course i cant use an extremly wide grip, but enough. and if all fails there are play...

In opininn, everybody can get not only the chest, but the body they desire. It just takes some people longer than others. That is, genetics do not prevent you from reaching your goals, they just slow you down. The number one chest exercise is the dips. Done either on parallel bars or gymnastic ring...

well the wider grip and forward lean should hit your chest better than a narrow grip...

95% sure its your technique. Its much more complex then using your arms. its about, like states earlier, transferring weight, much like throwing a punch where u have to use your feet, hips, torso etc

crack it, open it, and tranfer the yoak in between the two half shells as you let the "white" drip into a bowl or pan. eventually you will have just the yoak left over.

this is how i do it. works well for me.

or, to improve chins, you do more chins.

just try to set small goals. for example, start from 1 with a dead hang, then work your way up slowly.

If it's that bad, just drink your post workout shake with water, as you need quick digestion of it. But before bed or in the morning im sure its fine or even better for slower digestion with milk.
