muscle milk

im trying to lose weight and gain muscle, mostly lose weight. that is the most important for me. is muscle milk a bad thing to drinl after a workout. a full body workout or weight training.

Ok so here is the thing i am 5'6 260 pounds and 24 years old. How many calories should i take in a day. Im trying swans meal plan thing that is posted, with regular excercise such as the waterbury 10x3 4 week workout.

cool thank you guys. i tried the fake chicken. (morning star) not really a big fan of it. I like the beef product though. I will definetely try the other brand of chicken stuff you recommended.

I am a vegetarian

I am a vegetarian and i do not eat any meat except for seafoods ocassionally. Everyone always has chicken in the diet for a source of protein. So what would you do if you dont eat chicke breast or anything of the sort? I need a 6 meal plan for veggies. Im not vegan so i still do eat dairy.

Thank you swan! I appreciate your response. I went and read that article. He sounds like he knows alot. What he said does make sense. If i can not lift own bodyweight why am i trying to use a machine or a dumbbell.

I need a workout plan that i can reduce fat tremendously and tone up. Personal trainers these days cost an arm and a leg, and all i really need to know is what machines to use. i am 5'6 and i weigh 260 pounds. i am supposed to be 163 pounds. that is 100 pounds i need to lose. :roll: i would need to ...
