I wouldn't do cardio for more than 20 minutes a session if you are looking to put on muscle mass. I would definitely keep the intensity high as well. I'm thinking 2000+ calories would be better for you. Make sure to get plenty of protein from your food and take in quality calories. Keep your weights...
