yeah....as per opinion..running means kind of sprinting..jogging means to run at a slow regular speed.
Am I right?

i heard that running does make you loose muscle to an extent. we have to limit our cardio to about 30min at a time and keep in mind that jogging is better than running. to keep the muscle you've built, we have to make sure to continue incorporating strength training to your workout routine. Hi, This is Narendra P from INDIA...I have 1BANANA & 1 Egg White pre work out & 4 BANANAs & 2Egg whites & sprouts post workout. Here doubt is "Having lots BANANAs harmful to health & Is it right to have 1BANANA & 1 Egg white before workout? I am a pure Veggie..Does WHEY ...
