I heard good things about it from other battle buddies in the Army. I have no first hand experience with it. But I would take christopheel advice read the section first. Its all about what ya want to do and what supplements to take to help you supplement your diet and excerise.

I knew swanso would know the right answer.. Thanks for right answer. I couldnt tell no one it did or didnt. I never read it or heard about it. I know sprinting builds up endurance at least for me we do 30 60s here and there and it seems like the next time we run a good distance I can run alot harder...

No running on shin splints...I am in the Army and they will put you on a profile till that heals up. Getting a mountain bike and riding trails or just down the road is great and allows the shins to heal. Army docs will even tell you this when they put you on profile it usually says no running for 2x...

I am Army and we run in the mourning every mourning 5-7 miles a day. I dont try to run no more than that. When I am off I do a lot of free weights. I like machine training too. as well as free weights. Iuse a total gym to lift own body weight. Chuck Norris says its good So it has to be great. LOL. so i got one and he was right I havent losted any strength from it gained alot on PT test in push ups form lifting own alot of the times.

I picked arms but shoulders wasnt on there. I like the upper body workouts better then anything. Arms shoulders chest. I dont have to do alot with the legs 82nd keeps them in shape for me while running me to death. LOL but I do work up some time to do some squats and leg press

The Army kinda makes me do it before and after a workout so when I am at home I do it naturally. But it does help when we stretch the next day I am no where near as sore if we didnt. been there done that and i feel old as shit when we dont stretch. LOl
