Trust me, stick to GREEN veggies and LEAN protein sources like grilled chicken, lean beef, egg whites. If needed, use Whey Protein shakes as a supplement not a replacement for solid food.

Today was a cardio day. Whey protein shake as soon as I woke up with a fruit. At the gym I did 15 mins on bike and every 3 minutes I would do High Intensity pedaling at no less then 105mph for a solid minute.
