first of all... looks like you are pounding heavily more to bicep, rather than tricep. Tricep consists of almost 2/3 of your upper arm, and bicep is 1/3 of your upper arm. how much calories should i consume a day?

i am 18 years old , current weight is 169~175 lb.
goal is to maximize muscle gain as possible.

I'm sure that you've heard that decline bench press, and chest dip, dumbell pull over...etc will help you define more of your lower pack. i am trying to lose some fat so.... first i want to lift weights hard and then do cardio workout on every session. but i am worried that doing cardio would lead me to overtraining.
