alright then. So how do you folks go running/biking in the morning after breakfast? I tried it this morning after having a bowl of cereal and I almost vomited all over neighbors lawn (When I run after a meal the food wants to come back up, but I remember that being pretty normal from back in high s...

simply put, 1. Whey is not a muscle mass pack on powder miracle. It is just protein, no drugs or anything else. 2. Whey is a great protein, protein is broken into amino acids that help repair and grow muscle. 3. If you don't have whey you would have to increase your protein in your diet to compensa...

OK, here's a biggie - everyone tells me that at age some of problem areas are just a factor of age. IS it possible to firm underarms and chest at 49? Skin is EXTREMELY elastic. Most people who were once fat, and then lost the weight claim to have "loose skin" at 24. Your skin CAN come bac...

Re: Cardio before or after breakfast

I've read several different entry's/article/forum posts saying that cardio in the morning (in case 30-45 minutes of biking) actually lets you burn more fat than if you did it after breakfast. Does anyone know for certain if its better to do it before or after? *Cracks knuckles* This one is going to...

Um, water moves through the body via osmosis, so it doesn't really have calories.. Also, the question is a bit weird. When is it "effective" to drink water? Um, when you're dehydrating (aka all the time). But when you say "more/most effective" that just sets up a redundant questi...

In regards to strength training, if you are a newbie you really don't have to worry. You will make gains if you stick to it. Later on when your body adapts (and believe me it will) you're going to have to really keep it guessing. Currently, I do not do the same weightlifting more than once in a row....

#1) Just to get this out of the way: There is absolutely no way to "spot reduce" your fat. Your body will lose fat in a way predetermined by your genetic makeup. No lie. There is nothing you can do about it. To get 6 pack abs or tight arms etc, you have to lower your general %, doesn't mat...
