Ooooh, this makes things a bit complicated. I like to have them on there because of the functionality and power they provide. Could i just reduce or remove the shoulder workout, or is this something that i won't know until i try it.

push ups, lunges, lunge hold, squat against the wall and hold that position, wrap a towel on a door knob and pull urself, jack knife push ups, knee tucks, spread your arms and legs and hold while on the ground, burpees, shadowboxing. those are some exercises that i can think of right now. you could ...

I am currently doing a fullbody routine, but would like to change this in a about a week or two. I have made progress, the mirror says so. I am not sure on the set/rep ranges i should be doing. I feel like 3 sets per exercise isn't enough to kick metabolism up, so i am deciding on 4. I would like to...

this is what i sometimes do, and i think is the general rule for most.

M-Chest + Shoulders + Triceps
W-Legs(don't forget calves)
F-Back + Biceps

don't over train your shoulders either,they are used in almost all upper body movements, just keep that in mind.

That all seems good, although barring the HIIT and the associated effects from Deads on the lower body, I'm not really seeing a lot of Leg work in there, but you'd know yourself if you thought you were proportionate all over or disproportionate all over, especially if perhaps Leg stimulation was le...

no i do them on back yard, i have these stretchy chain things i kept from high school, and just sprint dragging a tire lol, i am always sore the next day from these. it's a small area so the resistance helps with the timing.

i don't like to do them on the street because the surface is hard.

I like to do fullbody workouts because i feel like i actually worked out whole body. i find 4 fullbody exercises, 1 for legs, and the rest are pussh and pull movements, and add a bodyweight one. 5/1/11 got home, had 3 slices of bread + peanut butters + milk i guess found weak spot, i tend to eat extra when i don't eat meals in order, or when i come home late =/ tomorrow(or today rather) is a new day =] looking for less mistakes, and little by litle il get there. 5/2/11 meals went accodingly...

buy those stretchy bands, they arent that expensive.
if you cant then use chairs, the big milk gallon bottles or water. mabe if u can find an old tire around..
