Re: ACDC's Food Journal

Never went away. Someone has to monitor things and kick the spammers in the nuts, so the Russians, Chinese and others don't pollute the place.

Re: Questions About Personal Training and Fitness (A Survey)

I will allow this despite not being 100% happy at not being asked first, especially given there is an announcement on survey posting at the top of each forum section.

Re: I need help

Hi Mrho, good to talk to you.

Personally I wouldn't treat the situation as a 2,700 calorie free for all, but it will depend on what you're currently doing.

what times do you eat at and what fooods do you eat at those times?

Re: Increase body fat

Hi Ems, good to talk to you.

It might be possible, but it would be a bit difficult I feel to do it without just chubbing up.

Do you do any form of cardio right now and if so how many days do you do it and for how long?

Re: Best calorie fitness tracker for gym exercises?

I dodn't know a massive amount about them, but one of the most popular ones is Fitbit, which would be worth looking up.

Re: Journey for abs stopped. I need advice.

Undereating is no good for metabolic functions, if you're going below your BMR, Bassal Meabolic Rate, which you might be. Having the added calories could increase wellbeing from the nurtients and energy levels from the calories. Ideally you'd be best training in a gym if you can with weights and mac...

Re: Journey for abs stopped. I need advice.

Eat some more food around 11AM and 3-4PM, as you look like you're undereating. This you could have include microwave baked beans and soup, celery sticks, oat granolas, fruit, I:E: apples, pears, tomatoes, cucumber, flaxseeds, low fat cheese, raw carrots, nuts, peanuts, olives, sliced ham, turkey, ch...

Re: Cardio program for pro wrestling

HIIT or interval would probably be the best way(s) to go, but I don't think you need more than 20-30 minutes at a time.

Re: Journey for abs stopped. I need advice.

Hey Aww_Mann good to talk to you.

You don't need to hit abs daily, because many exercises including pushups give you indirect targeting anyway.

Re: daily struggle.

Better eating and some exercise.

That's the generic overview, but in reality it's a bit more involved than that without being too overwhelming. It just depends on where you want to start, in relation to what you're currently doing.

Re: Advice for weight loss/toning

I'd ignore it. It's just a cl*ckbank product and I'd be weary of cl*ckbank stuff. Too many people improperly promote cl*ckbank products and many are probably too good to be true. Plus the website is a bit cheap and only seems to be peddling the one thing. If the product was really credible chances a...

Re: Delayed Stretching

It might have the same effect potentially , but if you are not careful you perhaps might cause an issue if the muscles have cooled down. So just make sure your technique is good.
