Steroids however have side effects and are not a good idea if someone is eating less than a minimum of 3,500 calories a day. You also need a good PCT and people using it who are vastly experienced have been known to lose 25%-50% of any muscle gains made on a cycle.

Hi BYT good to speak to you. Well I wouldn't necessarily do all the running and HIIT cardio, as it could be too much. When you're looking for a weights workout, I would suggest that you start off with a TBT workout focusing on the whole body twice a week, so something like this would be good for 4-6...

I would say there is less benefit, as pushing one at time could allow you to stretch the working leg more easily than two at a time and it would make your body position more stable.
