Hello,
I'm 23 and have been working out for a year. For the past 3 months i have had a vigorous routine to work out chest, arms and legs. I incorporated cardio into workout.
Recently, i've added 6 miles for 5 days and 8 miles another and one for rest.
I have not seen any major results. I'm tired of wasting time. I have followed all the recommendations of not workign out too much and working out specific body parts but dont' see any major results.
What am I doing wrong? should i keep new running routine or am I just wasting time? main priority is stomach. I can still grab fat and it's really discouraging.
