Hey Guys,
I plan on trying to walk on for football at college (division 3) next spring. I have played high school ball so I have experience. I'm wondering what would be an acceptable body size/weight by the time try outs come around. Currently I am 6 foot and weigh 160. I would like to gain body mass and build more muscle by that time. Any advice or tips will be appreciated Thanks

Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Bent Rows, Lunges, pull ups, and sprints for cardio days.
