I am a 12 year old boy who just passed the 6th grade and I want to start working out. I know not to lift anything over 15 pounds ,but I dont know what exercises to do and how many to do. Heres what I have
I exercised for a while tell me if this is good plus tell me some more exercises and how many to do.
Push ups-50 every 2 days
Sit ups-50 every day
thats all i got please suggest more!!!

For your age sports may be the best kind of exercise. Don't behave like a man. Enjoy different sports.
