I'm new to the forums and wanting to seek guidance on how to build muscle weight and tone up for the summer (and beyond

I'm 16
6 foot tall
Unknown weight, getting tested tomorrow
And I'm pretty slim, not overly so though since I've been using own wights and workout program for 2+ months.
So how can I build muscle?
Any recipes workout programs?
I don't have access to a gym but do have basic dumbbells and free weights
