Hi, I'm the average college student that commutes from home. I am currently 5'7 ish and currently weight at around 185 ish. I don't have much muscle and most of weight comes from drinking and eating fast food. I was wondering what I would need to do to lose stomach and gain muscle while at the same time I tone them? I want to change now but I need the proper resources and guidance.
