I am a 14 y/o from India. I am obese and weight is around 70 kgs. I dont have any equipment in home. Can i get a workout plan i can do everyday? I also need some tips on dieting. I am a vegetarian who can eat milk products and eggs. I have love handles too and chest is not in a good size. thighs and back are large too. Please help me to get into shape!
