are meals spaced out evenly?

Post by LeChateau »

I want to lose fat while gaining muscle, I usually wake up around 9 and sleep around 11 or 12. Are these meals spaced out correctly? Also is 7:30 too late to eat?

(9 AM) Breakfast - oatmeal and 3 egg whites with a small banana

(12 AM) Snack 1 - no fat plain yogurt with ? cup mixed nuts and berries

(1:30 PM) Lunch - chicken breast or fish fillet with 2 cups greens and no fat dressing along with ? cup brown rice.

(4:30) Snack 2 - 2 plain rice cakes with a tsp almond butter per pc and ? cup to a cup chopped broccoli

(6 PM) Dinner - large fish fillet of cod or snapper steamed with 1 cup (measured cooked) mustard greens and spinach plus a small potato or yam

(7:30 PM) Snack 3 - protein drink
