Weight Gain- Help!

Hi i'm trying to gain as much weight as possible over the next three months for upcoming soccer season. I'm 16 and weigh a little over 120 lbs at 6'0 and have a very fast matabelism. I just got a bench with leg and preacher curl attachments and some dumbbells. I'm looking for a good all round workout plan. Any suggestions on how many calories to intake in a day and what protein supplements to use? Thanks for the help.

well just eat as much as you can but make them clean foods (fruit, veg, solid protein etc) with the old moderate to bad food after training and for breakfast (rice, bread, pasta, cereal)...

how much wt do you have to use? how hard is it for you? do you have a gym you can go to at school or otherwise?
