Okay, i m underweight 16 yearold girl, but i really think i have fats at the wrong places. Im pretty much going to sound like im suffering from those i-want-to-be-skinny issues, but no. I want to get toned up but loss these additional fats primarily on thighs and abs. Somehow even being underweight, i have thunder thighs and cant look good in skinny jeans!!!

Ive been getting involved in soccer so thats great. Im planning to lose the fats on thighs and getting them toned.
So im going to do cardio in the morning 30mins of jogging.
Lunges, Wall Squats, Situps and Crunches. I do not have access to gyms yet.
And the thing about nutritional intake is that, im from asia, so i need rice! and we serve like dishes which i have no idea how much fat or calories or carbs are inside.

- you vasivally need to "tone up' even though i hate that term meaning we simply need to build a little bit of muscle and burn a little bit of fat and you'll be suprised what a kilo or 2 each way can do
