LOSING WEIGHT...GAINING MUSCLE.

i would like to lose weight and gain muscle...im not goin 4 the cut ripped look...i want to be bulk and have everything nice and tight. wat shuld i do to maintain this?????????

Second, I will say this again :

Read the sticky in diet forum,
Program should be BW based, search your body is a barbell.

Clean bulk and include HIIT cardio 3-4 times a week.
