Im not really sure what to suggest here as you seen to be doing a hell of a lot of exercise.
What i would usually say is incorporate full body workouts into your routine but a) you dont seem to have the time and b)tennis should be a full body workout.
What exactly do you see as your problem? We need some statistics from you to help properly.
Also what does your diet consist of? Times and actual intake.

well don't...with potentially 18+ hrs of activity a week there must be something else going on to not be happy with our body
sport needs too be intense to the point of being out breathe numerous times so if it's casual tennis where you don't chase down any balls for instance, it's not much different then walking

eating habits
breakfast: 7:30am i generally tend not to have breakfast and if i do I have a piece of toast. I have half a glass of juice.
break: 11:15am I have a piece of fruit and and a glass of milk or water
Lunch: 1pm: pasta or soup. this is main meal of the day.
Afternoon break: a drink
Supper: cup a soup, or what ever the family is eating.
This is routine when I am at school, Although you said I do at lot, I will have lots of time to do more soon because the summer holiday is coming up, and i am willing to try anything
I want to loose about one to one and a half stone. bmi is about 25 and I would like to get to a Bmi of about 22 or lower, and waist size is about 36inch and i would like it to be below 30inch
