I'm 17 years old. I am 123 pounds with a very fast metabolism. I am also 5 feet 5 inches. I'm a little concerned about height and if there is anything I can do nutrition wise to help me out a little and if there are any stretches/workouts that could be beneficial for gaining height.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Hi there,

I don't know of any stretches or exercises that could help you grow taller. Unfortionately, I think height is one of those things that is determined largly by genetics and there is really little you can do to make yourself taller.

Youre only 17 though... It seems like you could still be growing or just haven't hit your growth spurt quite yet. I would make sure i'm eating well and taking vitamins and hopefully you will continue to grow over the next couple of years. And hey, if you don't grow anymore try not to let that get you down... Just be happy that you are healthy and blessed enough to be able to get out of bed every day. :)
