15-Year Old, need help

Post by blacksm0key »

Hi there,
This looks like a really good forum to discuss fitness/work-out.
I go to GYM everyday ( 7days )
Day 1 - Chest and Bi-Cep
Day 2 - Back and Tri-Cep
Day 3 - Shoulders and Legs
Day 4-7 - I do regular mag cycle, pushups, situps, running, pull-ups, boxing and swimming.
I got a really good legs, stomach and arms people say i got huge muscles with cuts just the problem is chest, i do concentrate alot on chest but i dunno why the hell they dont get in shape that i want.
I do 40 pushups without a stop cant do more than that, i remember 1year ago i had alot of stomach fat that has all dis-appeared over time.

Can anyone suggest me something for chest other than bench Press and Pushups ??

Thank You

Should be okay with the Pec Deck, or you could potentially do stuff like Chins and Cable Chest Pulls, I.E. leaning back at the waist, about 30 degrees, back straight, using a wide grip attachment on the cable.

I'm not a guy so I won't suggest any chest stuff, although technically I could ;) but I do think you need at least one day of rest thrown in there. Your muscles have to recover from their stress before they can handle additional stress.

Here is a great article that explains the importance of this........

well there's easily 10 bench press variations (closer to 20 really) and 100's of push up variations, use some of them
