EXERCISE WITH DEPRESSION

Greetings to everyone,
I am Mona Tiwari
I am a teacher, teaching in private school.
This covid time is very tough. Salary had stopped coming from schools,
the means of earning money was reduced. Already the diabetes medicines are of to high cost.
Savings which were only in name also started getting empty. And there was daily fear whether
I had got covid, I was very depressed, didn't know what to do.
I can't even tell how dangerous I was thinking at that time, I was so alone at the time and
was afraid that something might go wrong with me.
But with time everything went well, depression also reduced a lot, it was completely gone.
So if anyone is scared, all I can give is a suggestion, let the time pass,
Should do meditation, yoga, music is best friend.
I started using the internet a lot, because what else would I do if I used to sit empty all day.
Read a lot of books, visited a lot of mental related websites,
listened to music, consulted doctors, and it really helped a lot.


but today I Feel somehow depressed, don't know what I am thinking about.

what to do now....unable to think?
I have been at home for a long time, I do not work much at home. More time goes with laptop, also weight is increasing,
And if I do some exercise, I am not able to do it, I have a lot of body pain, so where to start, I am going into depression by staying at home...
depression level is increasing more, I am afraid of myself these days...
please suggest any starting exercise but remember that, I am in depression therapy since last 25 days from

Actually I AM there where I have no friends to discuss, today.

I do not want to talk to parents or anyone in the house about this topic.

please suggest any starting exercises.

Hi Monatiwari, good to speak with you.

Firstly I want you to feel proud of coming here and talking about this. You obviously have said you did not want to talk to people you live with about this and I totally respect that, but talking about it at all is still an important and brave step that you can be proud of :thumb:.

I would like to ask firstly what is it that is causing the body pain? Do you have any sort of physical condition(s) caused by some kind of illness, or something caused by severe physical trauma, such as a car accident or falling down some stairs?
