Tips to get committed

I'm about 198lbs. I'm the biggest i've ever been and I'm trying to change it.
I wont diet because I've seen/read bad results from those. (Though I am eating healthier than before. That is true) I do bodyweight workouts which have proven to be quiet good for me. I don't have the money nor the time to go to a gym everyday, so I try to get workouts in when I can.

But I can't stay committed.
I find myself slipping so often. Days go by between exercises. I revert back to unhealthy eating ways.

So, do any of you have tips for staying on track? To stay committed and to get results?

And if you have any bodyweight (non equipment) exercises/routines that have worked for you, it'd be awesome to hear!
