I think you could bulk again, but I think you should be careful not to over carb, so your ratios for protein carbs and fats could be 33/33/33 or 35/30/35, or 40/30/30, which means if you choose one of those, then carbs would be limited at worst to 33%.
Oh and I had to remove one of your links, because it had some explicit content on it. Not your fault, just a failing of the website owners, either through negligence, or through letting such content exist on their site when they shouldn't permit it.
