Stubborn fat
I am 17, weigh about 140 lbs and am 5'5". I have a pretty decent amount of muscle on me. I have a flat stomach, no abs, but it's flat. I have large pockets of fat on back side of hips though... Although you can see hip bones on the front. This is I'm assuming "love handles". I workout everyday intensely and a small amount on the weekends. I do about 10 minutes of cardio everyday throughout the week. I don't count calories but I have before and I have a pretty healthy diet. I was just wondering of anything I could do to lose this pocket of fat. I'm down for any suggestions.

I don't really have a set diet. I don't eat junk and normally always cook something semi healthy. I eat a lot of fruits. I eat at 5:30, 8:30, 11, 3 and 6
