Tips to shed weight?

Post by joeparkz »

I'm on mission to shed weight. I'm currently 225 lbs and I want to be 170 lbs. I'm looking for some good diet plans for men that might help me. Also, I don't want to starve and compromise on health as I know it is the stupid decision many of them take. I was thinking about Harvey Brooker's (Toronto) 20/20 healthy eating program. One of friends suggested me this and I don't have much idea. Please share your inputs here. Thank you!!

Hi Joe, good to talk to you.

What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?

Hey

I just thought I'd share experience with you as this stuff really worked for me and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Have you heard of Forever Living? They some amazing weight loss products - I've used Lite Ultra and the Clean 9.

I lost loads of weight and felt incredible after. No feeling tired or weak after the plan and I didn't balloon back up after.

It's all natural stuff, mother nature at its finest!

Some great tips here. Currently on own journey finding cardio extremely boring but everyone says it's a must. [url]Found this article The Hidden Truth About Cardio[/https://petejamesreviews.home.blog/2018 ... ut-cardio/]. What are your thoughts on this?? seems pretty radical.

It's got a monetising product on it from a particular site, so don't waste your time or money.

Hey guys,

I have been asked about losing fat and getting six pack abs a lot lately and I decided to share what I do in order to stay healthy and fit.

Food/ your diet is the most important thing. Here are top 3 things I never consume- fast food! soft drinks! Products containing gluten and milk.

Now, I know this is not for everyone but if you simply cut out fast food and soft drinks you are already on your way to be healthier and lose weight.

of course, you need to move too- exercise is necessary for life anyway.

I came across a fantastic blog post a few days ago on what to eat and what not to eat !

I will be happy to share it if you are interested

Enjoy

Cutting those things out can be useful for sure, but of course some people hinder their progress by eating better alternatives but in substandard amounts.

Ultimately it's not just about the right calorie sources, but the right amounts too.

I would say to workout your core more, do sits ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc. I'd also do some research. I've done research in the past & you learn a lot from a whole bunch of different sources, that way you're educated from multiple places. Here are some of the websites that have helped me lose weight .

The secret to losing weight: Burn more calories than you consume. TA-DA!!! Take control of what goes into your . Create own food planner such as https://onplanners.com/planners/best-fo ... thy-eating.
Seriously, I lost over 50 pounds by consuming 1700 or fewer calories per day and going to the gym 3 times per week. I even allowed myself a cheat day. And that doesn't mean starve yourself either. Eat lean meats like chicken or fish along with veggies, you can actually intake quite a bit of food for very few calories.

Change from shitty regular fried chips to baked chips (I recommend Lays Poppables), get a burrito bowl at Chipotle instead of a regular burrito (that tortilla is 400 calories!), don't build a healthy salad then drench it with Ranch...I know people who drink over 1000 calories a day just in pop. Water is delicious and 0 calories.

Hi Joe

I had the same problem. I weighed 215 and wanted to get rid of a few pounds by summer. Like you i didn't want to stop eating cause i heard that's not healthy and can be dangerous. What i started to do was Juicing. Juicing is a really great way to not only lose weight, but to rebuild your health completely, by giving your body all the nutrients it needs.

Well once i started juicing i loss more than a few pounds, and energy level is through the roof! body feels great overall, and i haven't had a cold, or felt ill in months since i started. In opinion juicing is a great start down the road to better health.

Here are some articles i read that got me started. Hope this helps.
