meal 1- 1 cup whole grain cereal and 1 cup skim milk
meal 2- 1 apple 5 almonds
meal 3- 1 cup brown rice, chicken breast, lots of salad and veggies
meal 4- 10 almonds and a fruit
meal 5- 2 whole wheat pita's lots of veggies and salad
meal 6- kashi golean bars
2pds a week is too much probably...need protein with every meal about 20g each meal...cut out all pasta, cerial bread and rice...have 3 meals with protein and fruit and 3 with protyein and veg with as much water as you can...gonna do an article on this soon so check it out
thats a very low carb plan dont you think?
I dont want to eliminate it so much so that when do I start eating carbs again I will gain the weight back faster.
