Workout and diet help

I am a teenager , have been working out since a year .
I see strength declining plus weight has now stuck to a certain level.
In one year, have lost from upper body, can’t see lower body cutting out. I do basic weight training ans crossfit
Please suggest.

Hi 123, good to talk to you.

By basic weight training, what sort of exercises reps and sets do you do?

Also how often do you do the Crossfit?

Okay so it’s dofferent body parts and abs or sides daily !
I do crossfit once or twice a week . But i am seeing mo change in strength and the shape is very disproportionate.

Yeah, but what does each days routine look like, I mean reps and sets, because doing different body parts is valid, but if you're overdoing some muscle groups or under-working some, then that could be linked to your concerns.

Oh okay, sorry!
So it’s like 10-12 reps and 4 sets of each exercise.
Not too heavy weight

You may be over-training, so you might be as well to take a week off and see if coming back fresh helps as you look like you're going stale potentially if your strength is going backwards a bit, assuming your diet hasn't reduced in any way.

Hi you can try out any of this
-Take some time of to re-energies your self
-Find An Exercise Partner
-Play Video Games that keeps you active
-overhaul your routine.Try a few new ones to fire up your motivation.
-Change your workout ambiance
