I am a teenager , have been working out since a year .
I see strength declining plus weight has now stuck to a certain level.
In one year, have lost from upper body, can’t see lower body cutting out. I do basic weight training ans crossfit
Please suggest.

Okay so it’s dofferent body parts and abs or sides daily !
I do crossfit once or twice a week . But i am seeing mo change in strength and the shape is very disproportionate.

Yeah, but what does each days routine look like, I mean reps and sets, because doing different body parts is valid, but if you're overdoing some muscle groups or under-working some, then that could be linked to your concerns.

You may be over-training, so you might be as well to take a week off and see if coming back fresh helps as you look like you're going stale potentially if your strength is going backwards a bit, assuming your diet hasn't reduced in any way.
