Boss I have found that changing the approach of this is crucial. The connotation of a "cheat" day is typically negative and I know many people that associate a ton of guilt with it. Speaking to a few of them and discovering a podcast I've found that by simply changing the name from "cheat day" to "treat day" incentivizes these people making this more of a reward for a week trained hard.
Hello i'll give an answer ; there is cheat meal , and there is ( recharge glucidique) it's in french , i don't know how to say it in english , so it is not recommended to do cheet days , all you have to do , is to just eat more carbs , and don't abuse of fat .
