I read this article https://wp.me/papFOL-g and thought it was interesting about salt. I always thought consuming a lot of salt can harm us. But after reading this, it make some sense. In the article, they mentioned that salt can actually make us lose weight. It sounds too good to be true but I think I'm going to try it for a week or so and see if it actually works.

Salt can be bad for you. It can contribute to high blood pressure and also cause water retention, as well as edema which is excess fluid in the legs.
However when regulated within the GDA, guideline daily amount, which I believe is still set at an upper limit of 6g salt consumption per day, it would represent no serious concerns or shouldn't, except to people who might be salt sensitive, hypertensive, or have some other medically confirmed reason for limiting salt.
