hey ... well i really need help with loseing weight i weight like umm chingos (alot) and not sure what diet plan or work out plan to do . i would go all professional and get a trianer but i can't aford one . i need to lose about 125 pounds just to get to goal weight of 160 i belive thats right .... yeah well if any one can help me thanks !!!
p.s i am a very active person i play sports but just i don't seem to be loseing the weight PlZ HELP !!!
