Scar tissue is very difficult to rectify. Some things like Cocoa Butter, and Vitamin E, can help, scarring and Stretch Marks, or you can buy things speicifically for targeting such a problem.
I think there is one called something like Mahadeva, that works for that, and another one called Bio Oil, which is meant for Scars, Stretch Marks etc etc.
So you have options there, which hopefully you might find useful .
P.S. if you need more Vit E, then try slightly increasing things like Cereals, and Green Veggies, in your diet. You won't need a lot of Vit E, but a bit more might help, if you don't consume a lot already. Your RDA is only 15mg, so in all likelihood you'll be fine.

Re: Scars
I was told by doctor that the many studies on the effects of Vitamin E & other various scar/stretch mark solutions have, overall, concluded that it's not so much what you put on the scar, but the act & frequency of massaging it. You can put whatever you want on the scar, and some of those products may help, but massaging it is what really does the trick.
