Biting nails

Post by ekalf33 »

I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this horrible habit? or even a good idea?

For me just putting on any type of nail polish helps...

Wasn't immediately obvious without checking your profiel though .

A: Becasue there's a female in the pic and B: it's a question about finger nails :P.

Still if you're working in the clink, then obviously you don't want some 300lb, fat, bog monster criminal, coming on to you, for having feminine finger nails, as that might be agaisnt health and safety

Often times, the polishes that taste bad are either clear with a gloss finish or I imagine that they a\lso make clear with matte finish. Do so research. Nail polishes aren't always sparkly and glossy and bright colours.
