Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and this is actually first post, so I wanted to introduce myself. This past year I got back into fitness, working out, and eating clean. In Jan 2014, I lost 20lbs in 90 days (ask me about pretty awesome BEFORE and AFTER pic) and gained significant muscle and strength through P90X3, supplementing with a little running here and there. Happy to be a part of the community and look forward to offering two cents!
